Hosting

Modevia started out as a simple web hosting company. Today we offer a wide array of services to our clients, but hosting is what we do best. We offer three instant-signup hosting packages and we're glad to create just about any custom configuration you can think of.

Standard Features:

Level One — $9 per month

Includes: 250 MB disk space, 2 GB monthly bandwidth, 15 mailboxes

Level One is great for small sites with limited audiences. Our clients use Level One for personal blogs and non-profit organizations. We recommend Serendipity* open source weblog software and the Drupal open source content management platform.

Level Two — $15 per month

Includes: 500 MB disk space, 4 GB monthly bandwidth, 30 mailboxes

Level Two is the perfect compromise. It provides enough space for personal users to host photo galleries for friends and family, and is robust enough for small businesses. With 30 mailboxes included, it's just the right size for the office that isn't ready for its own mail server. We recommend Gallery, the open source photo album organizer.

Level Three — $30 per month

Includes: 1 GB disk space, 8 GB monthly bandwidth, 60 mailboxes

Level Three is designed with power users in mind — clients who are probably capable of running their own hosting environment, but understand the benefits of outsourcing. Let us worry about security updates and connectivity; you focus on work. Level Three is also great for hosted database applications.

Software packages marked with an asterisk (*) are Modevia-managed. When updates, patches, or new versions are released, we handle the upgrades. This helps keep our systems secure, and it's one less thing for you to worry about.
